REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPAIRS

We’re a small independent studio, and every piece is made or packed with a whole lot of care. Because of our size, we can’t offer the super-flexible “return anything for any reason” policies that big-box stores do — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Small items (such as bowls, plates and cups)

If Something Arrives BrokeIf your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible with a few photos. We’ll find a solution together — whether that’s a replacement in kind, a refund, or store credit. We want you to love what you ordered.

REPAIRS

If something gets damaged after arrival and it’s not our fault, repairs are often possible, and we are more than happy to help out. After all, we want our products to last for a lifetime, and that means that repairs are part of the deal. These will be charged depending on the work needed, but we’re always happy to help you keep your items in good shape.

ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED

To keep things fair and manageable, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for:

  • Customised or personalised pieces

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Used items

  • Sale items​

 

RETURN SHIPPING

If you’re sending something back (after we agree it’s eligible), the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Furniture Items (such as stools, chairs and benches)

HANDMADE TO ORDER = NO RETURNS

Because every piece of furniture is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for made-to-order furniture.

BEFORE PRODUCTION STARTS

If you change your mind before production begins, we can offer a 50% refund.
The remaining 50% covers materials and the preparation work already invested.

AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED

Once your piece is in progress, we sadly cannot offer cancellations or refunds. The workshop is already humming on your behalf!

 

IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT

If your furniture arrives damaged (whether picked up or shipped), please let us know right away. We’ll work out a suitable solution — repair, replacement in kind, or another fair option depending on the situation.

 

REPAIRS

Accidents happen! If a piece gets damaged after delivery or during usage and the issue wasn’t caused by us, repairs are usually possible. All my items are built and designed in a way that repairs should generally be possible by me or any other skilled woodworker. After all we want our products to survive for centuries, and that requires some TLC from time to time. Repairs will be charged based on the amount of work needed.
